Mr. Ron Szukala, Fannie Mae Sales Representative
Real Estate Contract Termination and possible abuse

Business & Finance

This April I entered into a contract to buy a Fannie Mae-owned home.

I am a veteran work for the DoD and am retiring in so I am trying to buy a home to live yearound.

The Fannie Mae sales representative, Ronald J. Szukala, refuses to extend my contract beyond 07 June.

My mortgage provider, Bank of America requires a copy of the manufactured home title in order to finalize my mortgage loan of 75,000.

Mr. Szukala says he cannot provide the copy for at least 4 weeks. But still he refuses to extend my contract (REO # A100CKK)

My realtor, Gamiotea Realty in Arcadia Florida (863-494-3600) has asked Mr. Szukala to extend the contract for the following reasons:

I have already spent $810 on an appraisal and a house inspection.

I also put down $1,000 as a deposit.

I have taken money out of my IRA and put it in a checking account to prepare for the closing on 07 June.

My realtor understands that I have accomplished everything asked of me by Fannie Mae, but one week before the closing, Fannie Mae said they will need 4 weeks to get a copy of the manufactured home title - but refuses to extend the contract beyond 07 June.

Please help me and ask Mr. Szukala of Fannie Mae to extend my contract.

Sincerely

John Pye
