Purchased a patio furniture set online which was on sale at 75% off and received a purchase confirmation email only to have it cancelled a day later. Their explanation: item oversold.
Message to idiots running this company: invest some money in inventory tracking system.
Never again will I set a foot inside a Home Depot store or their website. All of my future business will go to a local mom and pop hardware store.
