Indoor Air of America whole house duct cleaning
Paid $50 for service and they never showed up - Indoor Air of America House duct cleaning

First of all, I had to schedule this 6 weeks out from when I called to make the appt. Then, when the long awaited appt day finally came, no one showed up. I have called and called. I've talked to one rep after another only to be told by each one that someone will call me back. Of course, no one does.
I am now trying to get a refund with these scam artist's and I cannot even a get a rep to answer the phone. I wait and wait on hold for 10 mins each time and then a recording comes on that says "please leave a message and someone will contact you within 24 hrs". I already know that's a bunch of BS!

Pathetic, Unprofessional company. Don't know if I'll ever see my $50 again!
