Indoor Air of America INCOMPETENT and TO BE AVOIDED - air duct cleaning

Wow! I cannot imagine anyone coming away from this company satisfied! I also purchased a Groupon for $49 for a full house HVAC vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. The company re-scheduled my appointment 5 times and finally told me that I was "out of their service area" contrary to what the ad stated ("within 50 miles of zipcode 74134" - I live 38.2 miles away) and the answer to my question prior to purchasing the deal. The toll-free customer service forces numerous wait times longer than 30 minutes before speaking with an uninformed (or possibly just dishonest) representative. They don't call to let the customer know that are not coming at scheduled time and the two times I actually spoke with the technician, he was RUDE and hung up on me! Stay away from this company!!
