I purchased an offer from INDOOR AIR OF AMERICA on GROUPON and what a nightmare! I had taken two days off work = one for the first scheduled appointment which was on 11/13.inDOOR AIR called to reschedule on 11/12, so rescheduled for 11/20 and it was a no show! A no show, how professional! So I called INDOOR AIR and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and called GROUPON from my cell while still on hold. GROUPON offered to refund my purchase amount but what about the two days off from work that I took for one of their vendors? Well that was worth $5.00 in groupin bucks... What an insult to a customer who experienced loss of pay for two days with a vendor they have listed. Just disgusted - I had moved furniture to make the vents available for the cleaning, took time off from work and got nothing but aggravation from this entire experience! This is how groupon values it's customers?
