Indoor Air of America whole house duct cleaning
No calls & No show

Last month I made an air-duct cleaning appointment for October 2nd. I called in the morning & was assured that someone would be at my house between 2 & 5 pm, and that he would call me 30 minutes before.

Nobody called & nobody showed up.

I left 2 voicemails and no NO CALL BACK.

I called again last week, and a "Patty" could not explain why they had flaked on the appointment. She said there were no notes from the service guy in their system. She was apologetic, and we rescheduled for today, 10/15, between 1:00 pm & 3:00 pm.

Again - nobody called & nobody showed up

Ridiculous!
