Horrible company false adverstising

I would give it negative stars if I could.
The customer service they have is horrible.

I received a quote that was incorrect and I am very dissatisfied with the response I was given. My husband called the number listed and asked when we received an invoice for $60 more than we were quoted and they said it was the size we received. He stated he called prior to the installation and they said it was a normal size and on the flyer the normal size is $60 cheaper. We agreed to have the window well cover installed upon that price. Now I am getting collection calls stating they will put a lien on my house and threatening me to pay the bill. I told them to take the cover back as it is yellowing already and junk! They refuse to take the cover back.

Here is the email I received from them today. Given we provided the measurements to them when we called to inquire about the pricing and they stated it was normal.

I will never do business with this place again and I have filed a BBB complaint on the pure fact they falsified the price and are threatening things they cannot do such as placing a lien against my house for this...

Below is the email:
There was no changes with the pricing that we have given you. Your original invoice shows that you have a well that is 46x37 which is a super sized, not a standard well. This was the size that you provided and the size that we installed for. Also, your installation took place on June 27th. This was about 4 months ago. Our window well covers are the same model as all of the companies in Chicago area. If you felt that you were unsatisfied with the cover, you had 4 months to file a complaint to us and get it redone or changed. These are custom made covers that are not refundable, therefore you are not going to return it. As of now, your payment is almost 4 months overdue and you owe $184 plus the late fee.in this case, the BBB will take side on our case. Again, this was your final notice and if we do not receive this payment by the end of the week (Friday, October 25th), we will contact the collection agency.
