Paid in advance, sent wrong merchandise, website contains bad information

Youngs sells budge car covers. Youngs advised me to buy a certain size car cover. I paid for the cover in advance.
The cover was the wrong size. The size car cover was wrong in the company website and the company knew the size was wrong. Cost me $30 of delivery charges to get part of my money back.
I was stone walled by budge and youngs car covers.
