Can not get a payoff - mortgages

We have tried by phone, fax email and the customer whose loan is serviced by Greentree and we can not get a payoff on thier mortgage. The customer has not had to pay fees to extend their rate lock. Today they gave us a totally different payoff fax number and promised we would have it by the end of the day. Again empty promises. This company should be sued and put out of business. No one deserves to be treated this way.
