Another Greentree victim speaks here

I recently married and wanted to payoff her second mortgage held by greentree. I stroked them a check, complete with account number, pay-off insructions and "PAID IN FULL" recorded. They conveniently declared the check as "account not found", then waited a few more weeks to request a payment plus some new interest fees. Customer service is non-existent, I'm still waiting for call backs from messages left days ago. These are the same people who would not cooperate with a primary mortgage holder during a recent refinance activitiy. The refused to communicate in fear of losing their vampire lock on the second mortgage. Its obvious to anyone with a two-digit IQ these people don't want to relinquish any loan, any business, with any of their customers (subjects).
