Rip Off - Weather Beater Laminate window

The sales rep that came out he charged me for items that did not need to be charged, ex: move a bed did not do, remove window bars did not do and remove window sill was not done either. They gave me credit for the moving the bed and removing the window sills but would not credit the removal of the window bars even though they installed the windows from the inside the bars had no effect on the installation. Also when they went to finalize my bill they see the sales rep failed to include the HVAC charges and added them in after everything was completed. It took them 3 months to install the windows and they should have review his paperwork with in that time. Now they want to add $340.00 to the invoice if they would have done that ahead of time i would not have signed up for this they are way to expensive and THEY RIPOFF their customers. Had a problem with them before for the central air installation. Will not use sears again for anything. Still fighting with them no one calls back because they know they was wrong for adding in a charge after the fact that their sales rep should be held accountable maybe he will do his job right.
