I ordered a $500 of merchandise with PlumberSurplus.com and they shipped it freight instead of ground as stated in their confirmation email and only provided the freight company a telephone number. The freight company then called PlumberSurplus.com when they couldn%u2019t get me on the phone and PlumberSurplus.com told them to send the product back. They violated their own polices but kept my money. I am not trying to legally get back the money they stole.
