Do Not Use! - cabinet pulls

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Delivery was late and wrong, and Joe, the manager, was the rudest customer representative I ever dealt with. The shipping charge was $15 for 14 cabinet knobs, so I was amazed when it took 3 WEEKS (or 13 business days) for delivery. I called and found out they were backordered, but no one informed me so I could cancel and purchase elsewhere... My package was missing 2 knobs, and when I called to discuss this and the late shipment I was told two things by Joe: 1.) "We never said how long it would take for you to get them" and 2.) If you take an attitude with me, I just won't ship you the missing items. You can go all over Facebook and Twitter, I don't care, you're just one customer."... THANKS to everyone who reviewed this company, because now I know I am NOT just one customer. Avoid doing business with this company! And the manager should be replaced.
