No customer service, manager can not manage

Bad customer service. Bought a dresser that came without knobs. Was told none in stock they would have to get some from the manufacturer. Six weeks later no knobs. Called customer service again, said could send floor model, i declined. He offered to compensate me with a $20.00 in store credit. That was an insult. Really? A credit to get me back into the store to spend more money. This manager had lost his mind. After 4 calls to them i still don't have my knobs and the manager hung up on me said i created this issue myself, that he will not compensate me with anything.

Stay away from this place. If you have an issue, they will not take care of it for you. They look out for the interest of the company, and the company only.

BTW the managers name was Rob.
