Sent wrong item and never refunded money or sent correct item when sent back

Bought Blue billet knobs from billet-pros on Ebay, received wrong knobs after 3 weeks of waiting. Reason for such a long time was that "the knobs are at the polishers" when in truth they did not have these knobs in stock and had to order the knobs. Knobs were sent in the original manufacturers (all Sales Manufacturing, AMI) package, upon further research, I found that AMI makes many different knobs in many different styles so there was no reason to do special work on the knobs. I sent the knobs back witha signature confirmation and after 6 weeks from original purchase date I still do not have the proper knobs.

I filed a complaint with Paypal when they did not want to ship me the knobs, and conveniently the knobs were shipped the day after the complaint with Paypal and negative feedback was left. They still have not contacted me about returning my money or shipping out thte correct knobs since the Paypal complaint was closed since I received the wrong knobs, beware of paypal complaint process, do not close out a complaing unless you are satisfied with results.

BEWARE OF SUZI FELAHY OR BILLET-PROS ON EBAY, CHECK FEEDBACK they do not have a good track record lately.
