Emodeling of a bedroom - remodeling of a room

Hired this man for a remodeling of a room in my house. My biggest complain was the room was co before hiring him. After hiring him and start of job said insulationing was not covered in brief propsal that her wrote me. He also put the cheapest windows in that you can find when i lite a candle the flame flickers back and forth that is how drafty they are there worse then the ones I had. He says he has two crews he subcontracts all his work out. If you hire this man Please get everythining in writeing. My room is colder then it was ever before.
