Ripoff dishonest/fraudulent remodeling

Tony oliver construction was pd in full to do remodeling and painting to the exterior of my home. The wood exterior was to be scrapped and primed and painted. They sprayed the wrong color gray directly over the other paint and did not even wash the exterior.

Tony was paid for all services to recaulk windows and paint with dutch boy paint but did not do the caulking or use dutch boy paint. He instead used 10 gal. Buckets of the cheapest he could get and had inexperienced you boys doing the work.

He never finished the job. He over charged. And was rude and said the job was completed and it was not. My bushes and flower beds were covered in paint along with my driveway and sidewalks.

They also dumped the unused paint they washed out of the buckets directly on the ground next to the house in the grass. He created a mess and i was shocked that he advertises in the local paper for business and continues to do this type of work.

This is definetly wrong and now that i have been thru this i have heard he does this to alot of the elderly also and we must stick together and get this rip off man stopped.

I won a judgement of the 2300.00 dollars and he has not paid i have contacted an attorney to recoop my lose which took place a year and half ago and he continues to rip people off please help!
