Rip off builder & remodeler _ buyer beware!

I hired this builder on 3/3 to build a 15 x14ft addition onto my house. I was told he has his own workers & then found out he subcontracted all the work out to other companies. He changed my drawing plans to something that suited him instead of what he agreed to build our way. Construction started on 3/23 & left uncompleted around 4/23. He left us without stairs with a 5 ft drop, Electical Wiring that was all jacked up & doesn't all work, pitted drywall, 2ft rutts all over my large yard from machinery, Bowed foundation, a room that everything shakes in when you enter it, piles of construction garbage, a huge gap between the existing house & the new addition.

If you need an addition or remodeling done, don't call this guy unless you want a half ass job and your money ripped off. It cost me allot more money to have the job finished & I still don't have my Certificate of Occupancy 10 months later.
