My parcel is nowhere to be found

I had a parcel coming from USA via UPS and arrive on 01/12 and i was asked to paid the customs duties and taxes which i did paid and my parcel is nowhere to be found after i call them and said they will get back to me since on wednesday till now have not receive a call from anyone from UPS courier service and i call them about 3hours ago nobody get back to me. Can someone please help me out on this issue.
