Harassment, violation of my rights

The organization that retains my mortgage, VANDERBILT MORTGAGE and FUND, calls me 10 times after my cost arrives. They can’t officially do that until thirty days following the cost arrives. Easily don’t reply my telephone, they deliver me a notice like “we haven’t obtained your cost as promised”. Our cost arrives about the 1st of the month, my spouse got settled about the 3rd of the month which means this is whenever we settled the statement.

My spouse died this past year, and that I receive money about the 3rd Thursday of the month therefore it differs in the 15th-21st of the month. That is after I will pay.
