OCWEN sold our debt to Fairbanks Capital Corporation - What a ripoff! They charge excessive late fees/legal fees. It is a never-ending spiral!

We submitted section 13 bankruptcy to prevent foreclosure on our house. OCWen offered our mortgage to Fairbanks and we never obtained a declaration, originally. Your first statement mentioned that people were overdue on our cost. We didn't understand where you can deliver the cost since we'd not obtained a statement in the new organization. Which was in 1999.

Since that time, we've been overdue on our mortgage simply because they state that we've been weeks behind in the beginning. Additionally, we'd send our funds about the to begin the month plus they wouldn't credit our consideration till following the 15th; consequently, we'd accumulate overdue costs for each cost.

Today we're spending our mortgage cost along with a middle-month cost to obtain "caught up"! It's a never ending control!!
