Poor service!

I'd an 18-month interest-free mortgage with Unicorn Financial Services. I sent my last cost many times prior to the deadline, and so I thought I had been free and obvious since my mortgage was reduced.in regards to a month later I obtained a late charge for around $39 since presumably my cost came a couple of days late. I obtained the late charge declaration on the friday also it was due on mon, 3 days later. And so I sent a look for the late charge plus a notice detailing the declaration came late and then the cost of the late charge might even be overdue. A couple of days later I obtained a telephone call out of this organization stating that since my late charge came late, all of the back-dated curiosity was reinstated which totaled to over $1,300. I described my scenario wishing they'd be knowledge. Many times I requested to talk to a boss and there is never one around. They stated the very best they might do is deliver my consideration set for evaluation and they might return to me. Oneday later they returned in my experience and undoubtedly they stated I'd to pay for the rear old curiosity simply because theyare not accountable for my late charge which I'd a stability beyond the shortened day. They'd not supply evidence that my last cost really came late and were really rude and unhelpful. I would recommend that no body conduct business with this specific questionable organization.
