I have worked in customer service, and calling people a friendly reminder to an ontime payment and as soon as they call me and I say I do not have it they are ARROGANT, one time JOSH YELLED YES YELLED no exaggerating that well pay your bills on time. I was so upset, I yelled right back, but he did it first! You will never get anyone to COOPERATE that way! I am just biding my time with GREENTRREE, but I will take care of this matter someday, but maybe I am in a hardship right now LIKE HAVING A DAUGHTER WITH A BRAIN TUMOR OR HAVING A YOUNG HUSBAND WHO JUST HAD HEART SURGERY maybe if they took the time instead of yelling they would of found out I truly have been having hardships for the last two years!!!
