Greentree Financial - Conseco Rip-Off More Like Deception Tree Servicing

My Husband and I have been paying on a house my dad helped us get financed thru Greentree when it was Greentree the first time back in 98. At that time we were told there was such a thing as a "Buy For Program" and in 2 years my dads name would be taken off the note and ours would be the only names on it. Well at our 2 year mark this never happened and so I started to investigate by asking other companys about this so called program and they had never heard of it. Then I called Greentree and they said they had nothing to do with that, blamed it on the company that sold the home to us. Well, a year before our 2 year mark that company went out of business, so as of today we are still dealing with Greentree saying that this is not our home and that we are not the customer but we have made every last payment. Everyone has hardtimes and yes we have had ours and are late often but we get our payments in.in the last 6 years our income has tremendously changed, Im unable to work due to an illness so its all on my husband and Greentree continuously calls and harasses him at work, calls here at home telling him hes a dead beat, tells us not to pay our car payment and take the bus. We are late one payment and they now say we owe 1000.00, our payments are only 300.00... It went up to that much in 15 minutes. So now they are threating foreclosure. Oh and Hemei Mareen the office manager Told me I don't sound like someone that has a brain tumor but he won't give us a fax number so I can send him anything to prove it..
