GreenTree Servicing paying but still threatened with default Nationwide

I have been making my payments however i have been 1 payment behind, due to illnes in my household. My daughter (16) has been yelled at and called a liar. She was told that if we lost our home it would be her fault because she had hung up on the rep. That was calling.
When my husband speaks to them they end up in a shouting match.

My husband and i both have tried explaining finance situations and all they will tell us is you do it our way or we foreclose. We are sending payment every two weeks, however we are beening told this is not good enough that that is not doing anythong to our account. I'm at my wits end with default notice in hand and being told make 2 payments with in 1 week or forget it they foreclose. Help. Is there anything i can do. We are on a fixed income and don't have it.
