Reliance has been charging me for a three month period of which I don't like. I asked them almost a year ago that I would like to change it to monthly of which they told me they can. I then waited for the three months to expire and they charged me again for three months. I called them and thought okay this time they could get it right so again I waited for three months to expire and they billed me again for three months. I called them again and thought wow great customer service. I waited again for three months and again they billed me for three months. I called again and they said for sure it would be taken care of and low and behold I just got charged again for three months. What a company!!!
