The absolute worst customer service of any firm ever. You can't get a person, when you do, you can't get a supervisor. You get no help, they change your appointment time/date without even contacting you. Save yourself tons of frustration and go elsewhere. Sears needs to give up on the repair business; they are simply and completely incapable of managing the business or providing any type of customer support.
