Chisholm Trail Mobile home Park & BEWARE, Stay out you'll regret it if you move into this park... increased rent EVERY yr, crappy manager

Hello,

Whom ever is reading this will read this all the way thru. As I hope to save others from making the same mistake we did.
If your a wise person you'll not move your home or even rent a home in this community (ARC: Navajo Lake estates and Chisholm trail)

As, I wouldn't even refer my worst enemy into this park of hell.

Reasons:

1. Brian the manager, forget it if you ever need to talk or confront him about an issue with your house, lot, misc. Well you better plan on getting yelled at, as he has NO CUSTOMER SKILLS, so he has no clue how to talk to people in this neighborhood.

2. ARC - Will raise your lot rent up EVERY year and will not make any improvements. And again when you try confronting Brian about the increase in lot rent and why it' going up he'll give you excuses.

3. The roads are falling apart, and still several years later there still crappy.

4. They apparently don't do "background checks" on their tenants as we have a "meth lab" down the street.

5. Had several old rotten trees, in the neighborhood, that Brian failed to remove until alot of resident's homes got damaged and then he'll blame the dead trees falling on an "ACT OF GOD", vs. Neglect... When several residents asked him to remove the trees, as their worried that they would fall and damage something... Well one day, our tree hit our house (damaged), neighbors tree fall hit her fence, and several others with tree damage... And no repairs up to this day.

6. A neighbor down the road, tryed talking to Brian as their A/C unit went out on their rental and he kept blowing it off, so they called corporate and then 3-4 weeks later they finally got a new A/C.

If you insist on moving into this mobile home park... Talk with the neighbors... You'll hear the horrible stories...
