I lived in Raintree Acres Mobile Home Park in Pearland, TX for 15 years. I moved out the summer of 2008. The regional manager in Houston is a total waste of time. The park was previously owned by Clayton Homes, then sold the beginnining of 2008 to Yes Communities (a Colorado Co.). I was told to leave by the manager there, after I had lived there for over 15 years for making a simple maintenance request. Yes Communities had the worst management for a business I have ever seen. This company was totally in it for the consumer's money and from what I could see cared nothing for the residents. I moved out in the summer of 2008 and after numerous requests they wouldn't answer my emails or phone calls to return my lot rent deposit of $160. I agree with the others on this site that have written about Yes Communities. This company is nothing but a total & big ripoff run by very uncaring managers. Buyer beware. If you like drinking and bathing in rusty water & dealing w/an uncaring manager, then move to Raintree Estates, Pearland, TX-a Yes Community. And they will be sure to take your hard earned rent & give you a headache (not your money's worth in return).
