I submitted my automobile registration on January 25. Our enrollment was because of end on February 17. The stop at the very top of the Automobile Repair Program states: "Permit 15 business days (excluding email period) to get your enrollment."

By February 18, I not just haven't obtained my enrollment, however the check I delivered hasn't actually been banked.

Based On The regulation, I can't run my vehicle since "a good label and license plate should be shown per Area 4503.21 of the Ohio Revised Code."
