Lack of Customer Care/Assistance

I've been coping with drive-time since 8/06 and till earlier this Oct. 09, issues were good. Because of Tucson Area Courtroom "auditing" their documents July 08 and discovering allegedly "exceptional" seats for 1994/95/98, I'd my car impounded by Authorities and DT Corp gathered it and got my automobile to Phx for storage. I informed Corporate that I'dnot have the ability to get my hanging permit back til January. They stated they would like to "assist" me however it is a discomfort within the #*s for last 4 weeks. The low-conversation between coporate and dealer in Tucson is terrible, and of course fustrating. Company kept insisting on me "Simply look for a friend to become placed on your mortgage t/appropriate permit", all my loved ones is back east or NW and also to request a buddy to become placed on your vehicle notice is simply rude. Outofpocket as well as in complete $458 needed to be quickly compensated in November 09 (they delayed vehicle notice for simple month) and application notice in Dec. This month I used whole S.S. Check reinstating permit, paying penalties and vehicle notice meanwhile performing all of the work for corporate and dealer. I requested seller when they might provide vehicle back again to Tucson since I have got impounded there, they mentioned..."Thats not our obligation"-WTF!?! The way the heck am I designed to get get my pickup in Phx when you have the automobile? Again, Simply look for a friend to consider you is all-they were prepared to state or do. Lately DT Corp informs me they'll not go ahead and on with this specific issue of course if I am unable to pickup truck by Jan. 15th, the 16th they'll set up for market-WTF! Around this very minute I've fullfilled my finish so far as leaping thru ring after ring plus they nevertheless haven't launched the automobile due to a fax that DT Corp claims hasn't gotten-I've coversheet that claims effectively sent to them 1/14/10. The market location keeping vehicle is just available 9 11am today which is 2hr drive from Tucson and cannot cal Corp til 8am and seller starts at 10am what exactly today? I've hustled up a trip from friend, got legitimate permit and another buddy on-loan and so I may enroll vehicle (because of hang on enrollment by Judge).
