After 3 months still no study material

Because the total amount taken care of the program on 14 January up to now (07 April) no research material obtained. Merely a student number is obtained. On request termination to obtain the cash back, I'm informed that there is 2 weeks cool-down time after enrollment. Clearly used to do not realize that I'm likely to challenge a few months to obtain the research content. I'm informed that the termination panel may choose easily may stop the enrollment of course if the termination request was effective it'll consider 3 months to get a return. I want I understood what I understand today and that I would not regarded enrolment at Damelin.
