Discontinued service without warning after large bill was paid

I was behind on my payments with this company, but was assured that I'd have no interruption of service if I paid up to date. After doing so, they picked up my neighbor's garbage and left me with several bags of garbage. I tried calling and leaving messages to resolve the problem, but to no avail. I was also charged several times for "double bags" that were not. This company is the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for.in my opinion, they're highly unprofessional.
