Parke Laurel Apts - Lane Company High Prices No Service

The company has changed hands twice since I move in the complex almost 2 years ago. The tenants are moving out faster than you can change a tire. The element of the tenants are changing.

High heating and electrical charges. Most time the air-conditioning goes out especially when it's above 90 degrees. Response time is almost non-existent.
The New Company - Lane - their employees are rude and condensending.

They charge outrages fees when late even for a day, and then send the sheriff out as quickly to remove you.

The security light has been out in my building for a week, I've asked that it be replaced to no avail. It is beginning to feel unsafe to walk out your door when only darkness stares you in the face.

They started a valet-trash pickup, which doesn't come everyday as required so tenants garbage sits in the vestibule for days and the tenents themselves are too lazy to take their own garbage out. This in itself can cause rodents and pest where there is none.

They charge 12 to 20% increase on rent every year. For what we don't get anything new. The entry way doors are not secure, there isn't any new improvements accept for new tenants, and new improvement being made is passed on to the tenants in the form of higher rent increases.

We have also received a new service of storage pods at a fee of 50.00 monthly. Which no one uses.

The Lane employees are there for just a paycheck they don't try to help the tenants. I can say they have become lax on maintaining the property as before. I would like to see some service and quickly.
