Use to be called sadona villiage, has had several managers who steal from tenants - and several owners - the have this one company they use for trash and they bill tenants separ

I have lived here for two years and we have had several mangers who steal from tenants make up cost to continue to steal from tenants they also have this company that bills us for trash but we only have one dumpster so how can the trash be measured - when there is no separation of trash-

We have cost that are out of the ordinary - the maintenance goes into the apartments for no reason searching through personal things - the management has different rents for each tenants - and they are racist toward certain tenants - so certain tenants are treated differently,

They charge them higher rents according to there race - african american are almost always over charged are treated unfair especially there children

The management is so money hungry they will do almost anything for money especially to the black tenants they discrimination against them the most and some of them who were on section 8 program they made them move because they were black, and they just didn't want there family here or they just were discriminating against there children
and since they were on a government program, they could overcharge them or cheat them because of pierce county housing authority would not let them so they made them move
