The reports just keep on coming in about this man don't they.

My opinion is that nobody has ever seen him although he claims to visit Sudbury frequently on business and that he claims he needs to evict tenants to live in their apartments yet fails ot move in. Either you need an apartment to temporarily stay in or you don't. You cannot keep round-robin evicting tenants over the years claiming you need a place to stay.

The one commonality is that he doesn't move in, the place goes back out to rent and the rent has increased.
