Pending "Civil harassment law suit"

Having personally made many visits to the local DMV office in Los Angeles for a period of almost a year, for the purpose to simply transfer a vehicle title into my name after a divorce. The staff finally gave me a number to call the head office in Sacramento.

When calling the number, I found that the investigation department had decided to clear the title and informed me they were putting it on a fast track!!!

4 months later, still no sign of the title and now weekly calls to the office to check the status, simply to be told to call back again in a few days.

After all the said and done, I am not asking them to buy the vehicle for me. Just the simple task of using such qualified typing skills to enter some data into the system and lick the envelope.

With unemployment levels being the highest ever in 20 years, one would think that obtaining additional qualified staff would not be an issue.

What makes this ordeal so funny, is that fact that they call this a public service... Taxes payers money going to waste. Maybe outsourcing this service, from the Government department in the state of California, certainly would save everyone time, money and possibly less "Civil actions" against them on the grounds of Duress, Tort, Civil Harassment, Racial discrimination and injury claims for loss of revenue... Mean while taxes go up to pay for the sub-standard service.

Is this really becoming a communist Country, dictated by the DMV!!!: 0P
