Fraud, Poor Service, Terrible to Deal with

I purchased an 06 Audi A4 from the dealership on 12/1/07. I had contacted them before hand and informed them that I will be coming in to see the vehicle they continuously contacted me to confirm the time that I will be coming in and tried to make sure I will come. Also the salesperson who dealt with me tried hard to sell me a vehicle which had a mechanical default by continuously telling me that it was under warranty and they would repair it for free otherwise I can bring the vehicle back. When I did not budge he stopped in trying to influence me. Also he knew the problem in the vehicle but did not inform beforehand only after I test drove it he mentioned it. They had another Audi which I drove and finally purchased from them. They gave temporary permit for three weeks and I continuously contacted them to get the vehicle title and everything to get it registered. I spoke with Olga in titles department around 8-10 times and she would always tell me that they will mail me my titles soon and will send temp permits. I used to try to speak with them almost daily but most of the time my calls went unanswered. Finally one day I was able to get thru my salesperson who told me that dealership closed down and he will try to see about my title and after that he stopped taking my calls altogether. Finally I went to Illinois secretary of state and filed a report regarding the title, they told me that they file a case and try to get my the vehicle title but it could take from 3-24 months. I also tried to contact 5/3 but they did not have the title of my vehicle as yet. I spoke to the bridgeview police who told me that I need to hire an attorney as it is a civil matter without evening listening properly or collecting any information regarding the dealership and the issue. I have no clue as to what I should be doing in this case regarding hiring an attorney, etc. And will appreciate if people in similar situation with MCLS advise as to the steps they are taking to get their respective titles.
