Car Title Not Sent Four Months After Loan Payoff

I paid off my car over 4 months ago, but Wells Fargo seemed to forget to send me my title.

After repeated phone calls, I can still not get a clear explanation why my title is not in my hands.

I have been told multiple times that it would be sent in 48 hours. Nothing has been sent!

I have been told multiple times that a request has been sent to the title department for them to call within 48 hours. No calls have ever been returned!

I have sent several Emails to the company from their own website. I have never received a reply!

I have been told that the title department does not have a phone number, or an Email address to contact them!

Never mind the fact that they charge ridiculous interest rates, have terrible customer service, and don't care about their customers, but obtaining clear title to something you own is a nightmare.

Stay away from this company, they are the worst I have ever dealt with.
