Pls advice and assist if it is possible. My sister has given a brith to a baby boy aged 3 month. She has been leaving abroad over the past 7 years and married to a Ghanarian guy. Their baby was born in South africa and ude to work purposes she has to return to Uk.

Complaint: Home affairs it taking forever to issue abridge birth certificate which should be submitted less than 6 weeks. Its amaizing the service were are offered is SA citezen its so ridiculars. Home affirs can really destroy ones future or dreams for that matter. Hover read this can you pls assist.
