Home Affairs Bellville/Mitchells plain/Pretoria has the worst service EVER! I applied for my daughters birth certificate surname change in june up to date 19 Oct I still haven't received the birth certificate, I have faxed, e-mailed called a million times I have visited the office more than 4 times in this year only to do the SAME paper work all over again, I amconsidering taking this further. They know very well how impertant a birth certificate is and I need it for school registration. I am disgusted!!!
