Unabridged marriage certificate submitted on 6 August

My name is Suzette du Toit and I have a complaint with the Department of Home Affairs. My son has submitted a request for an unabridged marriage certificate on the 6th of August and he still has not received it! He needs it urgently. I have phoned the Home Affairs Call more than once and every time I am told Head Office is still busy with it and I must phone again in two weeks. I really do not know what the problem is that he did not get the document after 8 months, and after submitting all the documents Home Affairs asked for.
