Terrible customer service

I bought a model chest for my 11-month old cousin for Holiday. Whenever we started building the doll chest we discovered that the equipment which was incorporated was to get a diverse model chest. It's been per month today and my relative however doesn't have her toy chest. Although everybody such as the division supervisor is sorry, no-one can reveal once the equipment or perhaps a substitute model chest may appear. The very first sales advisor did not purchase the components as suggested - - we were informed it was sad. Then we were informed it will appear anyday (it was 14 days before), but (again sad) they cannot certainly monitor the shipping position. UPDATE: By 1/18/09 we're currently being requested to come back the doll chest - - unsure when components or fresh model chest may appear. Meanwhile, I've 4 baby baths in Jan & Feb and certainly will absolutely never invest another penney at these stores. Therefore along with the $85 return about the doll chest - - Babiesrus dropped one more $400-$500 in revenue simply within the first 2 weeks of the year alone. This all might have been prevented by providing some degree of great customer sevice. Evidently the financial situations haven't influenced the amount of courtesy or customer support from Babiesrus workers. Our score is please enhance - - since "too late" isn't a choice.
