We waited for month to get the chest. They gave broken chest after this wait. We opened the top of box and its broken. They asked to rerun back to warehouse and wait 3 more week and come back to pick up. I had a credit from them from previous damage delivery and used for this purchase. I can't wait any more for my kids chest so asked for return the money as they failed to give furniture on given date. They rudely answer that you can either wait for chest when it's arrives or just get store credit. This is very poor customer service that once you have Customer payment you let customer suffer for your fault. Now I can not buy from elsewhere as they have my money and spend time and 60 mile ride for their poor service.
