Mel Vicky be aware false advertisement scammers Ripoff

I have a bedroom set I bought about one and a half year ago but I was missing the chest. Looking thru Craigslist I saw the "exact" model I have and called the number and spoke to a lady called Vicky. I mentioned the ad number and described it to her and she assured me that they had the chest in stock. I was very specific when I described the set to her and even the picture they have posted on the website is the exact one I was interested in. I went thru with the purchase, had to send them a deposit of $150 which was half the purchase price. Finally after 2 weeks and several phone calls they had the chest delivered. It was not the one in the picture.

First they advertised it as furniture used in model homes, which of course if they are in model homes they have been taken out of the original packaging. When I called them to complain, they told me that this was an unopened box directly from the distributor. So what is it, used in model homes or new from the distributor? Which leads me to believe the used in model homes, because not only was it the wrong model, it was also very badly damaged and put back together with glue. I told them about the damage and they said it came from the distributor like that. The phone numbers they supply are cell phones. They will not give out any office numbers. Mel's number is 312-622-1806 and Vicky's number is 312-622-1212. I'm not sure if the address they use in Arlington Htgs. IL is a real address or not. Now Mel wants me to pay for delivery charges again to have the chest picked up. I already paid delivery charges once to have the wrong item delivered. They are out there scaming people and someone needs to do something about it. I'm still waiting to hear back from Mel if they are going to exchange the chest or just come and pick it up.
