Gift card fraud

My dad requested 500.00 on 2 giftcards on 12-6 these were shipped on 12-12 i'd them following day aired in my experience. I simply had a craniotomy due to a mind anuerysm bleed. I've 5 dishes 10 screws and 2 videos within my mind, i'm happy to even be here enjoying christmas with my children and my father was helping me out since i've not been able to work. I'm understanding how to walk again. And so i visited toysrus to purchase presents for our 3 kids, invested 3 hours buying then went to the register to look at and they said that there is no money around the cards that someone used them about the 18th of dec. I used another 1 1/2 hours using the store director looking to get this resolved using the online individuals with no fortune. We were transferred to 5 different people disconected three times and nothing got looked after. First they said i employed them in a shop, the other stated that these were banked out, one said the shipment people should have gotten my card numbers and used them, a different one stated that an order was placed on line in the same store that granted me the cards in vegas. I reside in florida. Time 2 i used another 5 hrs on hold with many different people all telling me they would fix this. Nothing again. Time 3 same b.S. On hold forever or awaiting a return telephone call that i however to get. Time 4 is today. On hold all night again. They said they will be re-pricing the cards ultimately! However it has been nearly 12 hours but still nothing on my cards!!! Tomorrow is christmas eve, our last chance to obtain presents for my children. I can't believe the run-around i'm getting from toysrus the household shop! I've not slept in 3 times just wondering and waiting to see if we'll have a holiday this season.in the end that i've experienced within the last month or two with my surgery, this beats all! They took my fathers 500.00 and today i've to wait until their fraud department understands who used them at their own area! I'm so disgusted together, it's the holiday season. Exactly what a chaos!

Well thanks for letting me vent. I suppose i'll be calling law enforcement next. Perhaps they can do something for me.
