Toughest customer support I Have actually undergone, registered for 11-week sunday-only membership, havnot got my document shipped 3 months in AROW. Thats not really the toughest, everytime you contact to request it-your on-hold for 10 to 20 mins. Ive delivered 3-4 emails quit concept with Eileen a "boss" and also have created numerous calls to customer support no calls back! I suppose with the web information site they truly are not concerned about losing any clients. I'll never subscribe to another membership together again
