Worst Customer Service Supervisor anywhere!

I have been with ATT/Cingular house & company because the "packet" times! Support at my home continues to be degrading during the last year or two and PARTICULARLY the final many months. I have created ountless calls to Customer Support, appointments towards the ATT shop, reviews on "mark the location, " and installing of "micro-cell." Nevertheless, calls fall and texts never make it happen (struck about 50%). Therefore nowadays I consult with Marley (customer support manager). He was the worst justification for customer support I Have ACTUALLY experienced. He attempts to show me that I should be believing or laying by going out that I am still utilizing all my acquired moments.incredible!!!
