No magazines, no refund

A guy contacted my 16-year old child concerning purchasing journal subscribers. She was together with her 18-year old cousin. She felt sorry for that guy and registered. She lent the cash from her cousin. Once they got home I hit the top. Two nights later I delivered all data for reimbursement. After four weeks or reading nothing I named and was informed the reimbursement could be released in 3 times. We are still waiting! Within the notice I actually mentioned she was underaged.
