Around April 14 my 11-year old child noticed an infomercial on television for that Brainetics item and got my charge card info and requested it considering it only price $14.95 when it really costs $164.94. All of this happened without my understanding. I then found out about this around 04/19/10 once the bundle reached my house.in those days I named the organization and described what occurred and was informed to deliver the bundle back via go back to sender which I'd be released a reimbursement which there will be a notice on my consideration this was a fake charge. I delivered the bundle back on 04/20/10 according to the directions now realized that I had been not just not released a reimbursement but was billed another $149.99 so when I named the organization was educated they might matter a reimbursement for that $149.99 once the bundle is scanned in to the factory however the $14.95 is nonrefundable according to the contract that I closed after I requested. I described again that it had been a fake cost and was recommended to contact law enforcement by myself kid and record her. All I'd like is just a complete reimbursement for that delivered item as well as for them to place some kind of guard in position that'll avoid kids from purchasing issues from their store with no parents choice. The net site is extremely deceptive so far as pricing, particularly when it's being read with a kid.
